As Chief Operating Officer, Abdullah AlHussaini is responsible for all of the company’s operations and support functions, including investment operations, information technology, custody, and customer care. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in operations. Prior to joining Alinma Capital in 2008, Abdullah served as manager at the operations department for Albilad Capital and Samba Financial Group. Abdullah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.

His career spans more than 25 years of extensive experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, private equity, M&A transactions, and business/debt restructuring. Prior to joining Alinma Capital in 2020, Mohammad served as Managing Director of Investment Banking for Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House and FALCOM Financial Services. Earlier in his career, Mohammad held different positions in the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and Jordan's Social Security Investment Fund. Also, Mohammad served as a board member in several companies in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Mohammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Statistics from Jordan University, a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Salford in the UK, and a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in the USA.

Zaki Alawami is currently the Chief Asset Management Officer at Alinma Capital. Zaki joined the company in 2013 and has over 17 years of experience in managing and developing discretionary mandates and Funds in various asset classes, in addition to managing the research team. Before joining Alinma Capital, Zaki worked in research and portfolio management at both Global Investment House - Saudi Arabia and Saudi Kuwait Finance House. Zaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has completed several executive programs in management from Harvard and INSEAD Business School.

As Chief Brokerage Officer at Alinma Capital, Sari Abutaleb leads the company’s brokerage business across local and international markets, covering institutional and retail clients. He oversees trading, client relationship management, and market-share growth. With more than 20 years of experience in securities trading, brokerage, and investment management, he previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Securities Trading at SNB Capital, and held leadership roles at Derayah Financial, Alinma Capital, Samba, and Riyad Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University and an AACSB-accredited MBA from Shippensburg University (USA).

As Chief Governance and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Thamer Bin Moammar is responsible for all of the company’s governance functions, including Legal & Sharia, Compliance & AML, and Risk Management. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in the investment field. Prior to joining Alinma Capital in 2018, Thamer held different executive positions in asset management and investment operations in different companies, including Arab National Bank and Falcom Financial Services. Thamer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.

Mr. Saeed serves as the Chief of Human Capital and Administration Affairs at Alinma Capital, where he has been leading human capital strategies and operations since 2008. He possesses over 20 years of distinguished professional experience in human resources management and administrative services. Throughout his career track, prior to joining Alinma Capital, he held various leadership positions at Alinma , including Senior Personnel Manager, Assistant General Manager of Human Capital, and Director of Performance and Talent Management. Previously, he also served as the Human Resources and Administration Services Manager at Al-Hamrani Group. Academically, Mr. Saeed holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bahrain University College. He is a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) of the British Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom.
