Alinma Capital Company, in its capacity as the manager of Alinma Retail REIT, announces that it will not renew the property‑management contract with Retail Real Estate Company, which is set to expire on 6 January 2026. Top Place Company has already begun taking over the property‑management duties from the previous property manager for the following properties:

•        Almakkan Mall – Hafar Al-Batin

•        Almakkan Mall – Al-Dawadmi

•        Almakkan Mall – Tabuk

•        Signature – Riyadh

It should be noted that the other properties owned by the fund are leased to a main tenants, which does not require the appointment of a property manager.

This change is expected to increase the efficiency of the fund’s asset management and improve the quality of its operational services.
