Alinma Investment Company announces a change in the membership of the board of Directors of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund - Short Maturity due to appointment of board member Mr. Khaled AbdulHafeez Feda (Independent).as of 09/11/1444H corresponding to 29/05/2023G. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be: 1-     Mr. Mazin Baghdadi (Chairman, dependent).2-     Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Aali (Independent).3-     Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Fahad Alyabes (dependent).4-     Khaled AbdulHafeez Feda (Independent).
