Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of King Khalid University Endowment Fund due to the appointment of board member Ammash Suliman AlSharari (Non-Independent Member) from 21/01/1447H, corresponding to 16/07/2025G, The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  • 1-Mr. Thamer Mohammed Moammar (Chairman of the Fund Board and Non-Independent Member)
  • 2-Mr. Ammash Suliman AlSharari (Non-Independent member)
  • 3-Mr. Fahad Siraj Malaikah (Non-Independent Member)
  • 4-Mr. Mohammed Haif AlKahtani (Independent Member)
  • 5-Mr. Khaled Abdelhafeez Feda (Independent Member)
