Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Alinma Road’s Mosques Endowment Fund due to the resignation of board member Hamad Bin Saif Bin Battal (Dependent Member) from 18/03/1448H, corresponding to 31/08/2026G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi (Fund Chairman and Dependent Member)
  2. Ammash Bin Suliman AlSharari (Dependent Member)
  3. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim AlSuhaibani (Independent Member)
  4. Mr. Mohammed Abdullah AlFhaid (Independent Member)
  5. Eng. Musaad Abdullah AlEisa (Dependent Member)
