Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Alinma Endowment Investment Fund due to the appointment of board member Ammash Suliman AlSharari (Non-Independent Member) from 21/01/1447H, corresponding to 16/07/2025G, The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  • 1-Mr. Thamer Mohammed Moammar (Chairman of the Fund Board and Non-Independent Member)
  • 2-Mr. Ammash Suliman AlSharari (Non-Independent member)
  • 3-Mr. Khaled Abdelhafeez Feda (Independent Member)
  • 4-Mr. Sultan Khalid AlShuwaier (Independent Member)
  • 5-Dr. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman AlFrayan (Non-Independent Member)
  • 6-Mr. Yasser Abdulmohsen AlTuwaijri (Non-Independent Member)
