Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of King Khalid University Endowment Fund due to the resignation of board member Abdulaziz Abdulmohsin Abanami (Dependent Member) from 26/09/1446H, corresponding to 26/03/2025G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  2. Dr. Omar Saeed AlMushayt (Dependent Member)
  3. Mr. Fahad Siraj Malaikah (Dependent Member)
  4. Mr. Mohammed Haif AlKahtani (Independent Member)
  5. Mr. Khaled Abdelhafeez Feda (Independent Member)
