Alinma Capital Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Multi-Assets Balanced Fund for Monthly Distributions for (the period of July 2026G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends SAR 88,057.08;

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on 1,465,787.49   outstanding units;

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  SAR 0.060 for each unit;

4.      The distribution ratio is 0.29% of the net asset value as on Wednesday 29/02/1448H corresponding to 12/08/2026G;

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Sunday 03/03/1448H corresponding to 16/08/2026G ;

6.     Distributions will be paid within 5 working days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
